Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective 22 April 2026

Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.

Annual Plans

Annual plans may be cancelled before renewal. Refunds for annual plans are discretionary unless required by consumer law.

Professional Services

Custom services such as manual audits, consulting, strategy sessions, and white-label implementations may require deposits and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cooling-Off Rights

Where South African consumer law applies, eligible consumers may have cancellation rights subject to the Consumer Protection Act.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to first contact TriFocus UX to resolve billing disputes before initiating chargebacks.

How to Cancel

Send cancellation requests to support@trifocusux.com. Include:

  • Full name
  • Account email
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Platform Misuse

No refunds will be issued where accounts are terminated for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
