By accessing or using the TriFocus UX Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Services
TriFocus UX provides:
- UX audits
- Accessibility reviews
- Screenshot analysis
- AI-generated recommendations
- Reporting dashboards
- Subscription services
- Professional consulting services
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining login confidentiality
- All activity under your account
- Accurate registration details
We may suspend accounts for misuse or security concerns.
Subscription & Fees
Certain features require paid subscriptions.
- Fees are billed in advance
- Prices may change with notice
- Failure to pay may suspend access
- The Free plan permits up to 3 AXIOM audits per calendar month for evaluation purposes
- The Paid plan provides unlimited monthly AXIOM audits subject to the Fair-Use limits below
- Annual billing is billed up-front and equates to ten months at the monthly rate
- Payments are processed securely via PayPal (USD/EUR/GBP) or PayFast (ZAR)
Fair Use of the Paid Plan
The Paid plan is marketed as "unlimited" because it carries no monthly audit cap. To prevent automated abuse and to keep the Service fast and affordable for every customer, the following Fair-Use limits apply:
- Daily audit cap: a maximum of 30 full AXIOM audits per UTC day.
- Per-domain cooldown: the same domain may be re-audited at most once every 24 hours. Quick scans and screenshot analyses are unaffected.
- Concurrency: a single full AXIOM audit may run on your account at any one time.
- Authorisation: the Paid plan is for use by your organisation on properties you own or are authorised to audit.
- Reselling: reselling raw AXIOM reports as a standalone service requires a separate white-label arrangement — please contact us.
If you reach a Fair-Use limit, you will see a friendly notice with the time at which the limit resets. We do not auto-suspend accounts that exceed these limits; we may, however, throttle, contact, or in repeated cases manually review accounts that operate substantially outside the spirit of these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
- Reverse engineer proprietary systems
- Upload unlawful or harmful content
- Use reports fraudulently
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Abuse AI tools or automated systems
- Audit websites you do not own or are not authorised to analyse
Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, systems, scoring methodologies, designs, report templates, and content remain the property of TriFocus UX unless otherwise agreed in writing. Users retain ownership of data they upload.
Reports and Recommendations Disclaimer
Audit reports, AI outputs, and recommendations are advisory tools only. TriFocus UX does not guarantee:
- Revenue increases
- Legal compliance in all jurisdictions
- Search rankings
- Business outcomes
- Error-free automated analysis

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriFocus UX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from platform use. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the customer in the preceding 3 months.
Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risks, or material breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
